HKNZBA invites you to join us for our Young Talent Engagement Seminar at the University of Auckland, held in the Sir Owen G. Glenn Building from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, 30th July, in partnership with the HKTE (Hong Kong Talent Engage).

This event is only $5 and everyone is welcome.

Our Young Talent Engagement Seminar is designed to give undergraduate students valuable insights into postgraduate career Opportunities and Startup Opportunities in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area of China.

In partnership with HKTE (Hong Kong Talent Engagement), this initiative highlights Hong Kong’s diverse career pathways, talent admission schemes, and the support available to help young professionals transition and thrive in a new environment.

Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (HKETO) will share opening remarks on the latest developments and opportunities in Hong Kong, including the “Study in Hong Kong” initiative and Talent attraction measures.

As part of this collaboration, HKTE has brought to us an extensive panel of speakers sharing on I&T/startup landscapes, finance, and accounting careers, as well as entrepreneurship opportunities by subject-matter experts. Hear from Felix Chan, Director of Hong Kong Talent Engage, on Hong Kong’s talent initiatives and career opportunities; Nat Ip from Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, who supports early-stage startups and innovation; Jeremy Brown, Founder and CEO of Insyteful, who will share his experience building a successful business in Hong Kong; and Daniel Neville, a University of Auckland alumnus, Director at Encore Event Technologies Hong Kong, and an active member of the HKNZBA, will discuss his journey building an international career and the value of professional networks.

This is also a great opportunity to connect with emerging talent for those interested in recruitment. While the event focuses on student engagement and career opportunities, it is equally valuable for anyone looking to expand their network or explore new possibilities.
